When required by the client, we provide general project management services. Making use of a pool of trusted consultants, specialised in different disciplines, we are able to manage and deliver a project in its entirety, from the various stages of design through to construction.

Specialised consultancy services for constructors, including site assistance, preparation of drawings for design changes, and construction drawings.
Consultancy for bids for public or private tenders, preparing all design documents as required by the client. For most economically advantageous tenders, we conceive, develop, and render in the bid documents proposals to improve the base design from a number of perspectives including structure, technology, logistics, and site management; and, by liaising with a pool of consultants, architecture, MEP and sustainability.

We coordinate and sign off the structural testing of structures before the handover to the client, as required by the Italian law (L.1086) and construction regulations (Norme Tecniche per le Costruzioni).
